Mediterranean Salsa



I just learnt this from TV. The cook called it Mediterranean Salsa. It's easy to make for me.
Material: a slice of garlic, 1 tomato, a small slice of onion, a pinch of parsley, olive oil, black pepper, mineral salt, grape vinegar,
Steps:
1. Chop the tomato, garlic, onion and parsley into small pieces.
2. Mix them with 3 spoons of olive oil, 1 spoon of grape vinegar, a bit balck pepper and salt.

I don't like vinegar so I did not put any in it.
They way I have it is to put them on French bread or just put them in my spaghetti.
Yummy!
